SkidSol has long standing capability in engineering, design and fabrication of modular hydrogen purification unit utilizing leading licensed technologies to offer innovative solutions, ensuring reliable supply of pure hydrogen based on client’s processing need. The technologies we use to recover pure hydrogen include either PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) or membrane system, based on feed stream pressure and downstream process condition. For Low to intermediate pressure (<1000 psi) and for minimum downstream pressure reduction and high purity, PSA technology is used. For High pressure feed stream and a lower downstream pressure and purity up to 95%, Membrane technology is used.
For PSA Hydrogen purification system, SkidSol focus on the state of the art adsorbent and cyclic process technology with the highest quality of modular fabrication to deliver a product of lasting value. The Hydrogen product upgraded up to 99.9+% purity to meet downstream requirement and with hydrogen recoveries up to 90%. The highest hydrogen recovery, maximum production of hydrogen, ease of installation and quick start up are the bene ts of Skidsol supply.
For Membrane Hydrogen purification system, SkidSol use an innovative solution combines state of the art composite membrane technology with advances in polymer science to offer a wide range of separation characteristics allowing an optimum design to fit client’s requirement. Simple cost effective design, ease of installation and maintenance and quick start up are outstanding characteristic of this modular unit.
SkidSol has full technical expertise to design and build modular Nitrogen generation system utilizing either membrane or PSA technologies range from small plants with product requirement of only several Nm3/h up to large scale plants with several thousand Nm3/h nitrogen product flows.
Skidsol’s Nitrogen PSA modular unit can be designed for nitrogen purity in the range of a few percent oxygen content or with oxygen content in the ppmv level. Purity from 97 to 99.9% with the capacity up to 5000 Nm3/h is achievable using this technology. High reliable performance, compact arrangement, flexibility, short delivery and installation are the most determining characteristic of this modular unit.
SkidSol’s Membrane modular package is the simplest and fastest solution to generate nitrogen with adjustable purity between 95 % to 99.5% and flow from 5 to 5000 Nm3/h
SkidSol use a leading reliable vacuum pressure swing Adsorption technology to produce a modular oxygen generation unit with purity up to 94% vol and capacity from 50 Nm3/h to 6000 Nm3/h. PLC system with sophisticated software control purity and the flow and the unit could be fully adjusted to the actual product floow requirement and operate in energy saving mode.
SkidSol has extensive experience to design and build chemical injection skid covering a wide range of chemicals such as antifoams, oxygen scavengers, scale inhibitors, corrosive inhibitors, demulsifier and biocides. Our expertise and experience in various industries, enable SkidSol to offer a competitive, reliable and high performance modular chemical injection package with a flow rate range from 5 ml/h -180 m3/h with discharge pressure up to 3500 bar.
