WATER SKID SOLUTION

SkidSol offers a complete line of water treating technology solution to remove bulk and free oil separation from the produces water. Oil droplets greater than 10 microns in size could be removed efficiently by our wide spectrum modular solutions such as deoiling hydrocyclones, vertical skim vessel, scrubber and innovative interceptor corrugated plate design separator. All of technologies can be retrofitted in to existing system or can be supplied as new packages.

SkidSol offers Modualr induced gas flotation unit for removal of smaller oil droplets greater than 3 micron in size. We can provide mechanical, hydraulic and vertical induced gas flootation to deliver an effcient and cost effective water treating solution. Efficiency more than 99% under optimum operating condition and capacity 150000 BPD can be achievable easily.

SkidSol also has capability to provide an innovative compact flotation unit to deliver a powerful effective and economical solution in a compact design with capability to use three or more stages in a single vessel with small footprint and weight requirement.

SkidSol has extensive experience to provide a proven efficient NUTSHELL technology to remove insoluble hydrocarbon and suspended solid with proven more than 99% performance history. SkidSol’s innovative design removes up to 99% of suspended solids and insoluble hydrocarbon and offers minimized operational costs associated with media attrition and backwash treatment.

SkidSol has constructed skid desalination unit for more than 20 years utilizing reverse osmosis membrane technology to remove almost all dissolved salt from seawater for injection purpose. With years of experience and expertise, SkidSol can customize the design to improve client performance.

SkidSol designs and builds skid sulphate removal unit utilizing membrane technology to remove divalent sulphide ions from seawater to the required level for injection and eliminating the potential risk for significant barium and strontium sulphate scaling in water injection.
