SkidSol has provided the skid mounted skid separation unit with operation capacity up to the 150000 BBL/D capacity and to less than 0.5% vol BS&W. Different technologies such as FWKO (Free Water Knockout) and ES treater (Electrostatic Treater) are combined to maximize the value of our client fulfil operational condition and performance. This solution is applicable for all reception facilities with different site condition such as onshore, offshore, FPSO or at a refinery.

Skidsol has designed and built hydrotreating and desulfurization modular unit to remove nitrogen and aromatic saturation of various hydrocarbon stream and to remove sulphur from naphtha, gasoline, kerosene, jet fuel, diesel fuel and lube oil stream. Latest edition of technology implemented to produce ultra-low sulphur gasoline by removing 99% of sulphur in olefinic naphtha, while minimizing octane loss and hydrogen consumption, maximizing liquid yield and eliminating re-combination sulphur.
Skidsol can design and built modular hydrocarbon treater to remove mercaptan from the light hydrocarbon stream such as LPG and light gasoline to heavier and more difficult to sweeten feedstocks such as heavy straight run gasoline or kerosenes. Using latest technology, skidsol can reduce mercaptan content in the light FCC naphtha by 95% and reduce the capital cost of project by 30%.
