Gas Treating

Gas Sweetening /Amin treating Skid Solutions

Skidsol offers design, engineering and manufacturing of skid mounted modular gas treating unit using leading technologies for removal of acid gases (carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulphide), mercaptan and mercury from natural gas stream. Our Acid gas removal’s expertise covers the entire spectrum of gas sweetening solution based on solvent, absorption and membrane technologies. Our technology selection team ensure that we can provide the best and the right technology for every treating need and customer requirement and tailor a solution to meet complex performance targets by integrating several processes in to a system package.

SkidSol has completed design, engineering and manufacturing modular amin sweetening units using a variety of solvent technologies including DEA, MDEA, DGA, MIXED AMINES, BENFIELD, SULFINOL and SELEXOL. Feed Conditions can range between 25 to 1800 psia total pressure with acid gas composition 0.5 % to 20 % by volume. The process is capable of achieving very low product gas specification to 1 ppmv of H2S and <20 ppm to less than 2 mol% Co2 outlet gas.

Mercaptan and Mercury Removal Skid Solutions

To remove low concentration of polar or polarizable contaminants such as H2O, methanol, H2S, CO2, COS, mecaptans and mercury, SkidSol can offer Molecular sieves adsorbent technology. The optimum type, size and particle shape of molecular sieve will be selected for a particular customer specified by the application.

Molecular Sieve Skid Solution

Skidsol can provide re-generable molecular sieve technology and non-re -generable metal oxide licensed technology to remove mercury from NGL.

Membrane Skid Solution

SkidSol works with leading licensor to offer a modular skid mounted membrane containing spiral wound element to removal Acid gas and water from natural gas stream. Different membrane systems have been put in to service based on different application such as Natural gas upgrading, remote and offshore location with down time less than 0.5% per year.

Dehydration Skid Solution

Skidsol has extensive experience to design, engineering and manufacturing of modular TEG dehydration unit using innovative technology to offer less energy consumption, less thermal degradation and higher TEG purity. We have manufactured TEG dehydration units for field gas gathering, gas processing, off shore production unit ranging from 1 MMSCFD to 400 MMSCFD and achieve less than 4 lbs/MMSCF outlet gas water content. Our technology is applicable for sweet and sour gas application. The special design allows for a reduction in footprint up to 30 percent and a reduction in weight of up to 40 percent plus the trivial savings on glycol inventory and chemical injected.

Skidsol has capability to design and build molecular sieve modular unit for gas dehydration for dew point performance as low as 0.1 ppm. We can provide PLC or DCS based mole sieve automatic sequencing controller and have the capability to provide performance evaluation of the unit.

LPG/NGL Recovery Skid Solutions

Skidsol has constructed modular LPG/NGL recovery unit using a variety of PATENTED cryogenic gas processing technologies to utilize efficient propane and ethane recovery.

For LPG recovery, SkidSol, can provide modular FLEXIBLE cryogenic LPG recovery unit to achieve efficiently as high as 99.9% propane recovery. Using the newest state- of the –art technology, SkidSol can offer an extremely flexible solution to switch to ethane recovery mode where economic favour higher ethane recovery.

For NGL recovery, Skidsol has extensive experience to design, engineering and manufacturing of cryogenic turbo expander NGL recovery to achieve as high as 94%-98% ethane recovery depending on the condition and composition. An extremely flexible solution based on Modifi=ed patented GSP technology allows an operator to maximize plant profit by keeping the propane recovery above 99% while the ethane recovery is adjusted to match demand and ethane recovery seamlessly can be adjusted between high recovery and full rejection without sacrificing propane recovery.

For retrofitting the existing NGL/LPG recovery units, SkidSol offered a skid mounted to improve ethane and propane recovery and increase flexibility of existing plants to operate in both ethane recovery and full ethane rejection. With only a few tie-ins and minimum installation downtime, the flexibility to operate from ethane recovery to full ethane rejection is achievable efficiently. For smaller gas flow, SkidSol design and build JT (Joul-Thmpson) compact, integrated skid mounted system to achieve cryogenic temperature. This modular unit is cheaper to install and operate than turbo expander but cannot achieve ethane recoveries as high as Turbo expander.

SkidSol has manufactured natural gas dew point controlling units using the following processes:

Dew point control Skid Solution

SkidSol designs and builds skid mounted hydrocarbon dew point control system uses Joule Thompson or mechanical refrigeration technologies to recover valuable hydrocarbon liquid (NGL) while preparing the gas to meet pipeline specification. Normal pipeline specification requires pentane and heavier hydrocarbon (C5+) to be less than 0.2 GPM (Gallons of recoverable hydrocarbons per 1000 cf of gas) so the condensed hydrocarbon liquids could be distilled in different distillation column to produce pentane plus or LPG.

SkidSol offers standard J-T and mechanical refrigeration skid mounted system designed up to 60 MMSCFD and 2000 hp to fit client’s need and any custom designed facilities for larger application up to 300 MMSCFD also available upon client request.

Fractionation Skid

Condensate Stabilizer Skid

The Skidsol Production Solutions Condensate Stabilizer Unit is designed to minimize startup time, safely stabilize condensates by reducing Reid Vapor Pressure, (RVP) and efficiently capture Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) in well streams.

MEG Regeneration Skid Solution

SkidSol offers modular MEG regeneration unit to cover full spectrum of client requirements including careful chemistry control, salt and corrosion product removal, low MEG loss removal of chemical productions, water and hydrocarbons for efficient re-use of the MEG. Applying our engineering expertise and extensive experience of MEG regeneration design, minimize both deterioration and MEG losses to lower MEG replacement significantly and also reducer 80-95 % reduction in solids compare to competing systems.
